How to cook a tasty and unusual dish, if there are only the simplest products in the refrigerator and you don’t want to go to the supermarket again? Mark Podrabinek will answer this question in his live broadcasts from various restaurants in Moscow. 

During the period of self-isolation, the Life information portal and the host Mark Podrabinek launch the culinary project - a series of culinary master classes from the chefs of Moscow restaurants. On Wednesday, May 6, a master class was held   by the managing director of the Georgian wine bar, Georgy Martiashvili. He revealed the secrets of making Georgian corn cake mchadi and chakhokhbili. Mark Podrabinek is a TV presenter, journalist, photographer and an author of documentaries on the My Planet channel, published in National Geographic traveler and Discovery magazines. Behind his shoulders is half the globe, the highest mountains, impenetrable jungle, sultry deserts and other dangerous and unusual places. In his culinary program   Mark studies restaurants outside the Garden Ring. Traveling to different cities of the country, he tells his audience where to eat in Sochi, on Baikal and Kamchatka. In his culinary show, the chefs of famous restaurants in Moscow  will tell and show live how to cook  delicious and interesting dishes of what everyone has in the refrigerator. During a pandemic, such “culinary life hacks” are sure to come in handy. The workshops will be released twice a week on YouTube.



Besides, the chefs of the restaurants “Severyane”, “Gorynych”, "Uilliam's" and others will show how to cook your favorite dishes at home.
