The analysts of the JLL consulting company revealed which hotels in Moscow and St. Petersburg were in greatest demand in 2019.

      In Moscow, the most demanded hotels were those of the high price segment and expensive hotels of the middle segment - their load reached 82-85%, primarily due to the increase in the tourist flow.

      A similar situation is observed n St. Petersburg, where the most popular hotels are the high-price segment and expensive middle segment hotels. Their load made up 76% and 73%, respectively.
