“Termy” LLC has commissioned a balneological complex in Belorechensky district of the Krasnodar Territory, having invested 150 million roubles in the project.

      The complex has been built on the site of the existing thermal spring and will receive up to 5 thousand vacationers annually. It is expected that the complex load will exceed 50% by the summer season of next year.

      According to the report, 18 investment agreements for the construction or updating of the health resort and tourist complex facilities are currently being implemented in the Krasnodar Territory. The total investment volume of these projects exceeds 17 billion roubles. The largest number of such facilities created by attracting investment is located in Anapa, Sochi, Novorossiysk and Temryuksky district.
