On June 21, 2019, free yoga classes will be held in the numerous lawns of the Zaryadye Park, Moscow. They will be conducted by well-known Russian yoga teachers.

      An extensive program of lectures by health food experts and active lifestyle coaches is planned in the lecture hall of the “Reserve Embassy”. The organizers believe that it will be interesting to both advanced yoga practitioners and beginners in this field.

      This free event is good for a family visit as the program includes classes for children and people of age as well.
