Russia lags behind developed countries in the introduction of digital technologies in the sphere of economy: the indicator here is three to four times less than there.
This was stated by the Head of the Centre for Strategic Research, former Minister of Finance Aleksei Kudrin. “Unfortunately, now we can estimate that Russia is behind the leading countries in the digitization of its economy, the indicator being about three to four times lower” - Kudrin said. According to him, in order to efficiently fulfill its goals, the government needs to go through this process and adapt to the modern changes.
