Moscow city guidebooks in Russian, English and Chinese have been developed for tourists coming to the capital: they will tell the capital’s guests about the sights, cultural events and places for families with children.
New free city guidebooks of Moscow contain all the necessary information for tourists to make up their travel routes around the city - whether it be attractions, holidays with children or events and festivals.
The guidebooks are pocket-sized and convenient to take with.
Guidebooks are already available in the capital's hotels, as well as in the Zaryadye park, at VDNKh, in Moskvarium, at the “Panorama 360” viewing platform, in GUM (department store) and other tourist sites of the capital. In the near future, guidebooks will also be available in Moscow museums, galleries and parks.
The guidebooks are made in three colors. “Moscow: What You Should See” (popular city museums, monuments, parks, viewing platforms, art spaces) is red, “Moscow with Children” (information about theatres with children's repertoire, the zoo, a selection of cafes and restaurants with children's menu) is green, the leaflet titled “Moscow. Events and Culture” (annual festivals, exhibitions, holidays and other cultural, sports and gastronomic events) is blue.
Alongside with printed editions, electronic guidebooks are also available. All guidebooks contain emergency phone numbers, as well as information on the routes to the city from airports, the use of bike rentals and car sharing, the ways of taking a river trip, and so on.
