The hotel with 270 rooms opens in the beginning of the year 2012. It will be located next yacht club, making possible trips to city centre by water. Moreover, yachtsmen will be able to get to Baltic and Black Seas having started from the club's levee. The hotel will offer its guests restaurant, bar and fitness center with swimming pool. Apart from Conference and Banqueting halls, the hotel will be provided with own business centre. Free Wi-Fi will be available all over the hotel territory.

Hilton Garden Inn Yaroslavl, with 179 rooms keycount, will appear in close vicinity from the main transport interchanges, like railway terminal and highway, connecting Yaroslavl with Moscow. Hilton Garden Inn Yaroslavl opens in spring of 2012. Garden Inn will offer its guests restaurant, lobby bar and special facilities for business meetings including 10 conference rooms and 1 banqueting hall.

Hilton Garden Inn Kazan with 171 rooms will be situated in the downtown of the city, not far from the airport and marina. The hotel begins taking guests in 2014 in the spring. Hilton Garden Inn Kazan is provided with day and night restaurant, lobby bar, business center, gym and 4 conference halls.

Moreover, Hilton Worldwide has big plans for hotels in Russia: Hilton Garden Inn Omsk in Omsk will open its doors in 2014. An agreement for that has been recently signed.

A few hotels in different Russian regions are supposed to open in 2012 and now are being prepared for opening. Among them Doubletree by Hilton, Perm in Perm, Doubletree by Hilton, Sochi-Adler in Sochi, Hilton Garden Inn Samara in Samara and Hilton Garden Inn Ulyanovsk in Ulyanovsk.
