The nudist beach is located in the Soviet district of the city near the Central resort of Novosibirsk Akademgorodok. This place is known to many locals, as it has existed for more than 50 years. Nevertheless, it does not possess the official status of a nudist beach. The territory of the nudist beach in Novosibirsk is not fenced. You will not find any indicative signs.

The surface of the recreation area is combined: it consists of sand and grassy areas. Before the start of each season, the sand is cleaned here. The coast of the resort is washed by the waters of the Ob reservoir. The territory of this beach, however, like Central, belongs to the Siberian branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences.



What to do on a nudist beach in Novosibirsk

The place is ideal for sunbathing.You can join the lovers of naturism freely - no admission is charged. However, the shyest newcomers are still looking for a company   in a specialized group of nudist beaches on social networks. Rescuers are not on duty here, but mounted police often patrol this territory, heading from the Central Beach.

There is no rental of sun loungers, no sun umbrellas, no water entertainment facilities, or any other infrastructure on this coastline. Only complete unity with nature, which is fully consistent with the philosophy of naturists. The most active visitors either swim or play volleyball. The site appeared here thanks to the efforts of vacationers. They clean the recreational area and are engaged in its landscaping.   



The nearest shops are at a considerable distance from the resort. The best option would be to take food with you. Dishes can be cooked on the grill or barbecue   - there is a specially equipped area for these purposes on the beach.  The resort periodically hosts festivities, and themed parties that are organized by holidaymakers themselves.

Those for whom going to a nudist beach is not just a vacation, but a lifestyle, often take part in the Siberian Natural Meetings. The event gathers supporters of naturism not in this recreation area, but on the islands in the vicinity of Novosibirsk. In winter, saunas serve as a meeting place.

How to behave on a nudist beach

Each nudist beach, including Novosibirsk, has its own unspoken rules. Their implementation will avoid unnecessary misunderstandings.

- Being in this recreation area in clothes is not normal.
- Do not violate the norms of public behavior – don’t examine other visitors.
- Put cameras away too. 
- Do not leave trash on the beach.

How to get there

From the Central district of the city to the beach, the distance is 31 kilometers. You can go by  car, buses, trains, minibuses and taxis.  By public transport: 750 meters from the coastline there is a stop of the public transport “Post GAI”. It can be reached by buses No. 72, 109, 109k, 112, 211, 576, 717, 717e, 718; fixed-route taxis No. 321, 325, 327, 331, 332. The interval of movement of minibuses is from 7 to 15 minutes.

By car:  it will take about  an hour from the Central District of the city.  You can drive along Berdskoye Shosse and turn right next to the traffic police post, or you can drive along Central Beach (entry fees of 150-200 rubles are charged).
