May 25, 2020 00:47

Instead of an expensive gym membership and long trips to the training venue, try using mobile applications. They will save time and money, and also allow you trying something new, like  crossfit or training according to the program of Cristiano Ronaldo.

Leap Fitness Group

The developers have created a whole series of applications to pump over different muscle groups and body parts without leaving  home. There are exercises for the arms, legs, back, abs, stretching,  training programs for those who want to make  splits, and even full workouts at home. For classes, you will need comfortable clothing, and a bottle of water as weight. The initial training course lasts 30 days. Applications are available on GooglePlay and iTunes.

Tabata. Interval Training

If you are not a great fan of sports or have almost no time, but still want to train, choose a workout using the tabata system. It lasts four minutes, and you need to do just one exercise (you can choose from a list or create your own). But do not think that it will be easy. Your task is to perform the exercise with maximum intensity. The application has an audio timer, so give all your best without looking at the screen.  The recommended minimum intensity is 30 days. Available on Google Play and the App Store.

Track yoga

For you to choose: yoga to develop strength, workout after work, asanas to relieve stress, exercise before going to bed and not only. There is an opportunity to ask a question to a personal trainer and get an answer within 24 hours. For each workout, you are given points that you can spend on unlocking premium content. Available on Google Play and iTunes.

Athlete PRO

This app is for crossfit fans. You will find a strength training plan, scheduled for the year ahead (provided that you will be engaged three times a week). In general, everything is the same as in a fitness club, but for free and without advertising. There is also a plan for circular workouts. Available on Google Play and the App Store.

Nike training club

This is a new application by Nike with the functions of a personal trainer in Russian. You will find more than 185 workouts for any level of preparation: yoga, endurance training, strength and mobility. To increase motivation, the application has  made classes jointly with the best athletes in the world: Cristiano Ronaldo, Serena Williams, Kevin Hart and others. Classes last from 15 minutes. Available on Google Play and iTunes.

For those who don’t really have time for sports, but want to get involved in a healthy lifestyle, the creators of the application developed a universal series of seven-minute classes. To keep fit, you don’t even need to go to the gym. In the program, designed for seven months, you can independently adjust the level of difficulty, use the ready-made set of exercises, or make your own. For greater motivation, the application has a status system and a community of like-minded people. It works on a free basis, but if you want to thank the authors in rubles, in return you will receive advice from a trainer and a personal training plan. What is especially nice, the application is also in Russian. Available on Google Play and iTunes.

WOD - Travel Wod Generator for HIIT Workout

When the desire to do sports caught you in the store, in the office,   cinema or on a romantic date,  turn on this application! This is an opportunity to take advantage of jogging tracks from Google Play, create 3D videos about past bike rides,   and track any other types of activities (for example, crossfit, gymnastics or frisbee). Here you can create a group for joint training and competition with friends. There is a synchronization function with Google Fit and Polar. Available on Google Play and iTunes.

Zombies, Run!

Fans of the series The Walking Dead and thrill-seekers will appreciate this application. At the beginning of the run, you are immersed in a story in English. There is a post apocalypse in the yard. Your helicopter  crashed on zombie territory. Now you need to follow the prompts and get to the territory of the survivors. But the coolest thing is not this, but that moment when you start to hear moans and grunts of zombies. If you run slowly, the sounds intensify, which means that the zombies are about to catch up with you. The only chance of salvation is to run. During each run, a new story awaits you.
