Forbes magazine published a ranking of unmarried businessmen from the first hundred of the list of richest Russians.
The first line is taken by the co-owner of “Alfa-Group” Mikhail Fridman with a fortune of 13.3 billion dollars (second place in the ranking of richest Russians).
Fridman divorced his wife Olga about 10 years ago, and now, according to unconfirmed reports, his ex-wife lives in France, as the publication says. The billionaire who is single visits social events with his girlfriend Oksana - she was an employee of the bank.
The second line of the rating is occupied by the former owner of “Uralkaliy” Dmitry Rybolovlev (7.7 billion dollars, the 12th place in the overall ranking). According to the publication, given that Rybolovlev gave his ex-wife $ 604 million after divorce, “he is unlikely to decide to get married again in the near future”.
The top three of the richest bachelors is closed by the president of ONEKSIM Mikhail Prokhorov ($ 7.6 billion, the 14th place). Forbes said that in 2012 Prokhorov promised to marry if the NBA basketball club “Brooklyn Nets” owned by him would not become a champion in the near future. “Nets” did not become champions, and in early 2015 Bloomberg referring to its sources reported that Prokhorov was going to sell the club, as the magazine says.
The ranking of richest bachelors contains a total of 12 people. It also includes the businessman Sergei Popov, the owner of Domodedovo Airport Dmitry Kamenshchik, Aleksandr Svetakov (“Absolute Group”) and other businessmen. The publication stresses that this year the members of the Russian Forbes list grew much poorer and the list of billionaires was reduced to 11 men. On April 14 Forbes published a new rating of 200 richest Russians. It was headed by the shareholder of “Sibur” and NOVATEK Leonid Mikhelson with a fortune of 14.4 billion dollars. For the first time since 2005 the list has included the founder of YUKOS, Mikhail Khodorkovsky, publication estimated his wealth at half a billion dollars.
