Preparation works  for the attraction site began in the "Dream Island" park, which is being built in the Nagatinskaya floodplain in the south of Moscow.

The works will be carried out on a plot of more than 72 thousand square meters. The foundation is planned to be completed within 120 days. After driving the piles, workers will start pouring concrete and only then will install rides.

The opening of the "Dream Island" park with an area of about 100 hectares is planned for 2019. It will include a natural area and an indoor amusement park.

Secondly, it is planned to build a hotel for 410 rooms, a children's yacht school, restaurants and shops. Under the glass dome, in addition to a park with attractions, there will be a walking area where a large central square, a concert hall for 3.8 thousand spectators and a cinema with 17 rooms will be located.

Guests of the park will be able to ride on a roller coaster, which, unlike most European and American counterparts, will be "dark." The entire route, which will be used by visitors, will be built indoors. Trolleys with passengers can develop speeds of up to 80 km per hour, bending double hinges with a 360-degree turn. Another large-scale project will be the attraction "Flight into the world of dinosaurs". It will be organized like a 4D cinema. With the help of chairs on a mobile platform, visitors will be able to feel the effect of the flight. A giant spherical screen will show a prehistoric world with dinosaurs and ancient plants.
