Tulsky is a settlement (an industrial township till 2011) in the Maikop District of the Republic of Adygea (Russia).

It has the population of 10 825 people (as of 2013).

It is located 7 km to the south of Maikop on the right bank of River Belaya. Its railway station Tulskaya stands on the line Belorechenskaya Khadzhokh.

The Egerukhayevskaya Village was founded in 1862 and was renamed into Tulskaya in 1867. It was developed into the industrial township Tulskaya by 1963.

In 2011 Tulskaya became a rural settlement.
