Nizhny Lomov is a Russian town in the Penza Region, the administrative center of the Nizhnelomov Municipal District. It has the terminal railway station Nizhny Lomov on the railway line Syzran — Ryazhsk.
Nizhny Lomov is located in the western part of Privolzhskaya Vozvyshennost' (i.e. Volga Hills), on the banks of River Lomov (the basin of the Oka River), 109 km to the northwest of Penza. The town takes the overall area of 15 sq km.
