Nikolsk, a small pleasant town in the Penza region, is famous for its Museum of Glass. The museum was established in the oldest Russian glass factory. It contains unique works of old glass masters as well as glass items of modern craftsmen. The factory produced specially made pieces for the Czar's family. This exhibition of the museum attracts many visitors from all over the world.
