Duslyk

Duslyl restaurant’s interior takes you away from the Urals to the East, to a place breathing with south local colour. Duslyk is a restaurant serving Uzbek cuisine, the only in the city.

Here you can estimate the national generosity: a smiling lady dressed in a traditional costume will meet you at the entrance. The entrees are cooked on open fire, these are first of all 6 kinds of shashlyks: Gold skewer made in accordance with a secret ancient recipe, lamb shashlyk, chicken shashlyk, salmon shashlyk and others. The most of cooks come from Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan.

The barman will be happy to find the best wine to match the national cuisine. Besides, the restaurant’s cooks bake bread right in front of visitors, in a big stove called Tandyr.

Tuesday - Sunday entrance fee starting 8 p.m. is 150 rubles.
