Zvezda is a sanatorium with 130 rooms and five floors. It occupies six hectares of the territory and accepts adults with children over 4 for medical procedures and leisure. The sanatorium specializes on cure of the diseases of the general therapeutic type, nervous system, locomotor system, and respiratory organs. It is located 70 kilometres from Moscow, in the centre of Sergiev Posad, near the Laura of the Holy Trinity and St. Sergius. To get there by car go along the Yaroslavskoe Highway, then turn to the old Yaroslavskoe Highway and go to Sergiyev Posad. By train: from Yaroslavky railway to Sergiyev Posad station, then by bus N6 or by shuttle to the last stop of "Settlement "Afanas'evsky", or by buses N4, 46, 57 to the stop of "Settlement "Skobyanoy", then 150 metres walking to the sanatorium. By bus: from the metro station VDNKH by bus N338 to Sergiyev Posad, then by bus N6 or by shuttle.
