 Renata Litvinova

Born:   January, 12th 1967

Film actress, film director, television anchorman

Renata Litvinova has provoked a number of different informal titles: she is both a vamp woman, and a mystery woman, an extravaganza lady, Miss Style, and the goddess of beauty...

Renata Litvinova was born in Moscow into a family of doctors.

In 1984 Renata entered the scenarist faculty of VGIK (All-Union State Institute of Cinematography), where she studied together with Roman Kachanov and Arkady Vysotsky.

Renata made her debut as an actress in Kira Muratova’s film Petty Passions in 1994, and debuted as a film director with the documentary There is no Death for Me. She gained nation-wide popularity after filming in the series Border. Taiga Romance by Alexander Mitta and some TV projects.

Litvinova has worked her way up from a script writer, who has inspired Kira Muratova, Yuri Grymaov, and Valery Todorovsky, to the director of her own feature film Goddess: How I Fell in Love. In 2005 she shot a few music videos for her friend – the popular rock singer Zemfira.
