Mein Kampf Enlisted among Extremist Literature

At the suit of public prosecution of Bashkiria a district court in Ufa has recognized Adolf Hitler’s book Mein Kampf extremist literature.

After the decision of the court enters into force the book will be put on the Federal List of extremist materials.

It should be noted that up to date the Nazi book by Adolf Hitler has been publicly available on some internet resources.

According to Article One of the Federal Law “On opposition to extremist activity” the referral of documents to works by leaders of the national socialist party of Germany is a reason to recon them among extremist materials. The decision does not require additional argumentation or expertise.
