Yesterday an intergovernmental agreement between Russia and Luxembourg came to force. New regulation provides opening of the Russian Centre of Science and Culture in Luxembourg.
      
      The Centre will inform local population about achievements and breakthroughs of Russian science, technology and culture, as well as provide help in inter-university contact and student exchanges, Luxembourg embassy announced.
      
      Opening of the Russian Centre of Science and Culture in Luxembourg is a great step toward strong relationship between the two countries.
