Krasnodar Archeologists Arrange Antique Fashion Show

The Krasnodar Felitsyn Historical and Archeological Memorial Estate opens the exhibition Archeology and Fashion. From History of Ancient Suit.
      
      The exposition is made of authentic items, such as weaponry, armoury, household articles and decorations found by archeologists in Kuban in different centuries.
      
      Research staff of the museum will present historically authentic reconstructions performed with use of ancient technologies. The highlights of the exhibition are the 35 to10 thousand year-old apparels of the Stone Age people, clothes of Scythian tribes dating back to the 6th-4th centuries B.C., and garments of the Sarmatians of the 4th century B.C. and the 3rd century A.C.
      
      Historians have also prepared dresses of Greeks from the 6th century B.C. to the 4th century A.C. and those of the Slavs from the 5th to the 12th centuries.
