A fire happened in the Perm night club of Lame Horse on the night of the December, 4/5 during a party for 8th anniversary of its existing. A fire has broke out about midnight, at 1 oclock according to the local time and at 11 p.m. MSK. The celebrating public panicked, so they had not time to leave the club quickly enough. They supposed it was the only one exit, and nobody knew, where the staff entrance was.
It was sadly possible to avoid a tragedy. First of all, the lack of attention to the fire security was the main reason. Secondly, the people given way their panic could leave the club without hustle caused some deaths. And finally, the fire was caused by the show with pyrotechnics, which was too mighty for the clubs space. Too late.
