New Periodontitis Treatment Patented
Periodontal disease

Russian medics have developed and patented the technique for full regeneration of jaw bone tissue, damaged by severe periodontosis, by means of mesenchymal stem cells.

Stem cells make parodentium recover two times faster than any other therapy. Clinical trials on volunteers showed complete regeneration of jaw bones up to 10 mm in depth.

Periodontosis often causes tooth loss due to inflammation of surrounding tissues. Classic treatments almost never lead to full recovery, but temporarily stop disease development. Severe periodontosis can cause decomposition of jaw bone tissue, and surgery is the only solution in this case.

Treating damaged jaw with mesenchymal stem cells resulted in full recovery, and no dirrefence cound be detected between old and new bone.
