Russian Ministry of Education developed a project called “Schoolchild’s health passport”, which will contain information about child’s health and physiology, as well as about his family, academic progress and personal achievements.
This document will consist of health data, physical conditions, psychoemotional state, as well as results of annual medical examinations, vaccinations and etc, Russian authorities say.
The aim of the project is teaching children to be reponsble for their health. The passport is expected to help organizing optimal day regimen, as well as controlling child’s diet and amount of physical exercise.
