Europe's largest urban shopping centre was opened in Moscow on Wednesday, November the 18th. Zolotoy Vavilon (Golden Babylon) mall, located not far from the centre of Moscow (211, Prospekt Mira Street) represents over 450 stores placed on 241 000 sq.m. total area, reports Colliers International, the consulting company engaged in the business.
The new mall also boasts a 14-screen multiplex with the total area of 6200 sq.m. And a big entertainment centre called Fun City both for children and adults.
Austrian Fund Immoeast Ag performs as an investor and a contract partner in the project.
