Artem Loskutov, the institutor of annual parade Monstration detained on May, 15 is officially arrested now. He is suspected in possession of drugs: a package with marijuana was found during personal search. His supporters and Artem himself are sure that it was planting fake evidence and the true reason of his arrest is Artem's social activity.
      
      Artem Loskutov is 22 years old, a student of Novosibirsk State Technological University. He is a leader of group of the young artists of Novosibirsk “Babushka posle pokhoron” (A granny after funeral), mastermind and organizer of the May youth action called “Monstration”.
      
      His cell phone was being tapped from April, 28 by law-enforcement agencies. This was done because the actions of him and a group of young people seemed to look like containing traces of criminal activity (it was not specified, which ones). The same traces were detected in his conversations.
      In spite of energy of the advocate, Loskutov is committed to the caption for 2 months.
