Eurovision will kick off with a grand concert featuring the competition's stars of the past years on the 10th of May in Moscow.
The show will be started with the performance of the Eurovision's very first winner Lys Assia from Switzerland. She will sing the song that brought her victory back in 1956.
Not less than 6.5 thousand foreign music lovers are expected to visit the contest in the capital of Russia.
As for the song contestants, musicians from 43 European countries will gather in Moscow. The final of the Eurovision will be on 16 May.
Meanwhile representatives of sexual minorities are bent on holding a gay parade in Moscow by the final of the festival.
