Anna Boulygina produced a strong finish to win the 10-kilometer pursuit in a biathlon World Cup event Saturday.
Boulygina won in 32 minutes, 49.8 seconds. Kaisa Makarainen of Finland was second, edging Darya Domracheva of Belarus in a photo finish.
There was more joy for Russia as Ekaterina Iourieva took the World Cup lead with an eighth-place finish, moving ahead of compatriot Svetlana Sleptsova, who wasn't competing. Iourieva has 507 points, Sleptsova 481 and third-placed German Kati Wilhelm 477 points.
