Cuban leader Raul Castro will visit Moscow on January 30, 2009, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Igor Sechin said at a briefing after the session of Russia-Cuba intergovernmental commission on Friday. According to Mr. Sechin, it is going to be a historical visit due to Raul Castro last came to Russia in 1984.
      
      During the official visit the two countries will discuss all possible forms of bilateral cooperation. Today Russia and Cuba have signed a memorandum of understanding in the oil and gas sphere.
