Recently Minister for sports and tourism, President of the Russian Football Union Vitaly Mutko has announced Russia’s possible plans to bid hosting Football World Cup in 2018. According to his words, in the nearest future Russia is going to ask FIFA to prepare all documents needed for submitting a bid to host World Cup.
      
      After the specialists study the documents carefully, the final decision on whether Russia will be on the bidders` list will be made.
      
      FIFA has already started collecting bids for World Cups of 2018 and 2022. Bid submissions are accepted till March 16, 2008.
