Tsereteli to Set up Alexis II Monument

Zurab Tsereteli is going to set up a monument to the late Patriarch Alexis II in Moscow. The sculptor announced that himself.
The bronze sculpture will not be high just two and a half meters. It was made by Zurab Tsereteli back in 2003.
The sculptor explained that he would like to put it by the Centre of Arts, which is in Gogolevsky Boulevard in the heart of Moscow. This place, by the way, is in several minutes walk from Cathedral of Christ the Saviour and Patriarshy Bridge.
On 13 January the Russian Orthodox Church is commemorating 40 days since the patriarchs death.
