World largest retailer Wal-Mart Stores has registered a subsidiary in Russia under the name of WM Eastern Europe Holdings, llc. The new company has joined the Association of retailing companies of Russia, reports the Kommersant newspaper.
      
      It’s a good time now to expand business – building a store is 40% down at the moment, while many ocal retailers are prepared to sell their businesses, say experts. The new company is recruiting staff for its Moscow office currently
