Russia’s highest New Year Tree will be put up in Krasnoyarsk

Krasnoyarsk in Eastern Siberia will become a home for the highest New Year tree in Russia, the Interfax news agency reports with reference to the Krasnoyarsk administration press-service.
      
      The tree construction made from a metal frame and 15 000 artificial fir branches will be put up at the Teatralnaya Square of the city. Last year the height of the New Year tree made from 12 000 branches was 46 metres.
      
      The new tree will be decorated with 5 000 light bulbs and more than 2 000 Christmas baubles.
