No More Managers

Russia will soon be short in professional physicists, mathematicians, programmers, geodesists, natural scientists, marine engineers and many other specialists with a degree.

Experts predict that demand for specialists with secondary professional education will also be high in all fields, except such specialties as “Humanitarian Sciences” and “Management and Economics”. Most acute shortage of staff with secondary professional education is expected in following specialties: “Metallurgy, mechanical engineering and metal working”, “Service industry”, “Energy sector, power engineering industry and electrical technology”, “Chemical engineering and biotechnologies” and “Building industry and architecture”.

Those students, who chose law, economy and management for their studies, can find themselves out of employment after they finish their education.
