Ghost Chasing in Königsberg Cathedral

Ghost Chasing in Königsberg Cathedral

The film crew of the TV program Ne mozhet byt (Thats impossible!) of STS channel has arranged ghost racing in the Königsberg Cathedral on Immanuel Kant's Isle and the History and Arts Museum.
Since early spring this year night observation cameras have been fixing a strange optical phenomenon in the building, the Cathedral Director Igor Odintsov told to the film crew. The night watchmen complain that they feel somebodys presence behind their back. We have every reason to surmise that the ghost for the first time mentioned in the Renaissance epoch has returned to the cathedral. Back then a short note appeared in Königsberg chronicles: A devil visited the Cathedral. However, the chronicles refrained from pointing out what it looked like and how it behaved.
Another mystical place of the city is Fort One, also known as Stein. One of the modern legends says: the ghost of its last commandant, Wehrmacht Major Heisel, is haunting the corridors of the military fortification of Keisers epoch.
