Russia and Belarus agreed to create a united bank for storing space data, received during federal programme “Kosmos-NT”, Russian participants announced.
New database will allow both Russian and Belarusian scientists the opportunity to access the archive of space images via the world wide web.
The federal programme “Kosmos-NT” also includes development of a modern micro-satellite platform for delivering small satellites weighing up to 150 kilograms to Earth’s orbit. The cooperation will finish in 2011.
