Unique Ice Palace Open in Moscow

Unique Russian Ice Sculpture Gallery has been open in Krasnaya Presnya, Moscow.

Twelve best sculptors of Russia took part in its creation. The project is unexampled: it is unique for the fact that the exhibition halls are at the same time containers for storing exhibits of such fragile and hard-to-keep material as ice.

The ice made of 90 tons of frozen water covers both the floor and the walls. In front of the gallery entrance the visitors are given special warm jackets to wear inside.
