Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton, the world's largest luxury goods conglomerate, has reached an agreement to purchase 50% of JSC Edinaya Evropa –C.B., which owns Ile de Beaute perfume and cosmetics chain.
The deal will reportedly be closed by the end of 2008.
LVMH has got over 60 spirits brands (Moet&Chandon champagne), accessories (Louis Vuitton), perfume and cosmetics (Dior, Givenchy, Kenzo), watches (Zenith), Beauty product store chain Sephora.
Founded in 1992 Edinaya Evropa comprises Edinaya Evropa Holding, Ile de Beaute chain of 103 stores, perfume and cosmetics production facilities, developer and logistics businesses.
