Ancient Settlement Found in Amur Krai

Archeologists have discovered an ancient settlement in Konstatinovsky Region of Amur Krai. The huts found there are tentatively one and a half thousand years old and have quite a peculiar construction.

Each of the huts is only 16 square meters large. Their shape reminds of old nomads raw-hide tents. No similar structures had been found here before.

In addition to that the archeologists have found a great number of tools and brown ware. In the near future they expect to discover more essential artifacts. They are to give an opportunity for historians to form a detailed picture of that period.
