Solar Eclipse Is Coming
Sun eclipse

Fifty scientists from six different countries are going to observe the solar eclipse of August 1, expected to have most picturesque scenery at Altay mountains.
      
      Internation team of researchers expects to receive new striking data about strucure of the solar corona and processes, taking place there. The Sun will be covered by the Moon for as along as 2 minutes 15 seconds.
      
      At the moment scientists are installing necessary equipment for desired observations in the location near Biysk, 90 km away from Gorno-Altaisk, the capital of the Altay Republic Altai Republic. The expedition is organized by the Lebedev Institute of Physics, of Russian Academy of Sciences.
