The Moscow authorities have approved a project of developing a public catering network in 2008-2010 that includes opening cafes for kids, youngsters and the whole family. In the new cafes the meals will be cooked in accordance with requirements of the medical science and will contribute to health promotion amongst the city population stating.
      
      The concept considered by the authorities implies, in particular, constructing specialized cafes in parks and sanctuary-museums.
      
      According to the current statistics, there are only 122 cafes for kids, and 509 cafes for youngsters in Moscow.
