The famous Russian cat trainer Yuri Kuklachyov sues a certain Vladimir Krasnolozhkin and his two producers for performing in the United States under his cat theatre brand.
      
      The performer accuses them of fraud, breech of copyright law and illegal profit. The relevant case has been brought before the Federal Court of New York Eastern District.
      
      Both Mr. Krasnolozhkin himself and his producers, the father and son Gelfmans, once worked with Kuklachyov but then established their own company under the same name of Moscow Cat Theater and now tour around the USA on a great scale.
      
      According to the indignant Kuklachyov, all this was done behind his back.
