Rossvyazokhrankultura has given a warning to the popular Russian TV channel 2x2 for propagating the cult of violence and cruelty.
      
      In particular, the experts disliked the animations The Adventures of Big Jeff and Happy Tree Friends. If the second warning follows, the license of the TV channel might be revoked, so, most probably Happy Tree Friends will soon be taken off the air.
      
      The warning of Rossvyazokhrankultura (Russian Federal Surveillance Service for Mass Communications, Communications and Cultural Heritage Protection) speaks about the harmful impact of the animated films on children's health, as well as infringement of morals.
      
      The 2x2 TV channel, which telecasts animations only, by no means positions itself as a children's channel. After all, the time when animated cartoons used to be purely innocent amusement for children, passed long ago.
