Moscow not to extradite Miloshevichs widow and son
Slobodan Miloshevich, his daughter Maria and son Marko

Moscow rejected to extradite Miloshevich relatives. Miloshevichs widow and his son were granted asylum in Russia in 2006, the fact Moscow has recognized only February this year.
Moscow considers that there is no reason for extraditing Miro Markovich, Slobodan Miloshevichs widow, and his son Marko. Thats why its not going to do so, especially after granting them an asylum. They are not Russian citizens and they havent asked for citizenship yet, though they have such a right.
Miloshevichs relatives may also go to any other country.
On Thursday Serbian Minister of Justice Dushan Petrovich signed a request to Russian authorities on extraditing Miloshevichs widow and his son. The Belgrade Court has issued an order for their arrest.
Miro Markovich, Slobodan Miloshevichs widow, and his son Marko were granted an asylum in Russia in March 2006.
