Millhouse Capital, which manages Roman Abramovich’s assets, has purchased 50% of European Bearing Corporation, the biggest bearing manufacturer in Russia.
      It is also reported that the deal hasn’t been completed yet.
      
      European Bearing Corporation accounts for 55% of the Russian bearing market and 30% of the CIS market. Analysts estimate the company’s value at least at $600 million.
      
      Millhouse Capital controls 41.4% of Evraz Group, 44% of Evrotsement’s shares and other assets.
