The Federal Antimonopoly Service has come to a decision to first penalize a Russian spammer. Kirill Gureyev, an entrepreneur from the Perm Region, has sent spamming mails to 7500 email addresses advertising a “mail factory”. Gureyev traverses an accusation of spamming, however, he hasn’t offered evidence that he terminated these illegal actions. Thus, the Federal Antimonopoly Service imposed a fine of 5 thousand rubles (about 200 dollars) on the businessman.
The representative of the entrepreneur has claimed they are going to appeal against the decision.
