Oleg Deripaska, the owner of Basic Element, has doubled his fortune up to $40 billion for twelve months. Roman Abramovich having $22.5 billion turned out to be the second richest Russian this time. The experts say the reason of Deripaska’s fast-growing funds is price advance in the metallurgical industry of the country.
      
      The rating of the richest Russians, published by the Finance Magazine, includes 500 people. Their total wealth is estimated at $715.3 billion. The number of dollar billionaires in Russia is 101 at the moment, which secured Russia the second position in the world after the USA.
