The Russians are in a hurry to buy the European currency. The volume of currency purchase made by individuals in December amounted to over ?2 billion (about $3 billion), which is acknowledged to be maximum since January 2002, reports the pres service of the Central Bank of Russia.
      
      The Dollar is no longer in favour of Russian customers, they prefer the Euro. Thus, the demand for the dollar has grown 9% compared to December results. At the same time the demand for the Euro increased by 32%.
