British Billionaire and owner of the company Virgin Group Richard Branson intends to open a low-cost air carrier in Russia within a year. According to Richard Branson, the Russian system of air transportation is not optimal and the market has a great potential: Russians fly 10 times less compared to British and Americans.
      
      The Russian low-cost airline Sky Express is likely to become one of the partners of the future project. However, it remains unclear whether Richard Branson is going to purchase the airline or to become a co-owner of the airline’s capital.
