One of the Russian building-investment corporations plans to construct a wooden hotel in St. Petersburg that will take a total area of 7 hectares and will consist of 14 attached buildings with 3-8 apartments each and 4 buildings with duplex apartments. It is known that the company will use laminated veneer lumber as the main building material.
      
      All apartments of the hotel will include a kitchen with a dining-room, living room and open terrace, sauna, and bedrooms. Parking for 1-2 cars will be situated at the apartment entrance, and a bigger parking for guests will be situated separately, not far from the main entrance to the hotel complex.
