Gazprom and OMV AG have signed a cooperation agreement, OMV AG said. According to the document, a 50% stake in the Central European Gas Hub GmbH (CEGH) at Baumgarten, now totally owned by OMV AG, passes to the Russian gas monopolist.
      
      Besides, the contract implies the realization of several joint gas storage projects in Austria and neighboring countries.
      
      Central European Gas Hub at Baumgarten is one of the biggest gas-distributing hubs in Europe and is also operated as a gas trading platform.
